About the Class
The Paperwork Chef, is pleased to offer a Summer Festival Sanitation Certification class, approved by The City of Chicago, Illinois. This informative and comprehensive 3-hour class is required for all summer festival foodservice vendors (festivals, farmer's markets, etc.) and covers all topics related to outdoor food handling and proper festival sanitation techniques.
Led by former health inspector and food safety coach, Rochelle Howell.
This Summer Festival Food Sanitation Certification Training classes is held online.
Participants must keep cameras on during the class to ensure attendance.
One participant per registration.
