Certified Food Protection Manager
This training is mandatory for retail food establishments, regulated by local health departments. It is required for the Person-In-Charge (PIC), such as managers, supervisors, and other leaders. Valid for 5 years.
(Certified in all states. City of Chicago certified.)

Specialized Food Safety Training

HACCP Training is required for professionals working in manufacturing or large-scale food preparation.
Food Handler (Basic Food Safety)
All food employees must receive basic food safety, sanitation, and hygiene training, upon hiring and at a frequency to ensure competency. This training is for anyone preparing, storing, or serving food, who is not a certified Food Protection Manager. Valid for 3 years.
