Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1.29.2025 Thank you for booking with The Paperwork Chef! To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, we have established the following booking policy. 1. Scheduling Appointments All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled within the required timeframe, your session will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled at our discretion, and it will be considered a missed appointment with no refund or rescheduling. 5. Refund Policy Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. 6.
